THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  For all Sex Adult Toys no exceptions 

YOU CANNOT CANCEL A ORDER AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE.

If upon arrival the item is damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hrs of you receiving the items, so that we can rectify the situation, and would be more than happy to resolve the issue. 

Here are the steps you should take:

  • Contact customer service immediately (Info@WaistMagnet.com) once you have received the items, within the first 24 hrs.
  • Send in photos of the damages to the items
  • Send us a copy of the invoice & confirmation #
  • Send us the items back for inspection

Once you have completed ALL of these steps, we will resolve as soon as possible.

After your order has been shipped please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking number to be trackable.

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at check out. We highly advise our customers to review their order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT!!! We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided.

We are NOT responsible for ANY lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you failed to receive it, please contact United States Postal Service. USPS customer service 1(800)275-8777

Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed I the buyer is now responsive via email or phone.

After your package has been shipped please allow unto 72 hours for the tracking number to be trackable. Due to Covid 19, we can only us a drop box and let post office team scan in all packages our goal is to stay health as we serve you.

Due to extremely high order volume processing may take 10-15 for adult Intimate Toys. All other items please allow 5-7 business days processing on most general items. 

All Standard shipping takes 3-5 Business Days for delivery, All International shipping takes 14-21 Business days, if you haven't received your package within the 7th day please contact us, tracking numbers are provided and will be sent to the email that's listed on your invoice. We highly advise our customers to revise their order upon checkout. Please make sure your shipping address and Apt number is the correct  that you want to receive your package at. We are not responsible for packages that were shipped out to the wrong address that you provided.

 All Items must be unused with seal intact to qualify for returns.
