How to Use

Step 1: Apply Thermo Slim Gel™ to the waist and massage using firm upward circular motions for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 2: Unroll the Adjustable Wrap™ around your midsection, layering to your desired tightness and coverage. Tear off at your desired length.

Step 3: Wear for 30 to 90 minutes during movement, workouts, or daily activity.
