What is the Hybrid Sculpting System™ and how does it work?

The Hybrid Sculpting System™ is a 3-step waist sculpting routine that combines heat activation (Thermo Slim Gel™), targeted oil layering (Lipo Sculpt Oil™), and compression support (Adjustable Wrap™). Each step amplifies the next for consistent, visible waist definition with daily use.

Which kit should I start with?

If you're new to Waist Magnet®, the 10-Day Sculpt Starter Duo™ ($49.99) is the easiest entry point. If you're ready for a full daily routine, the Hybrid Sculpting System™ ($69.99) is our most popular system. If you want the most complete waist sculpting experience, the Ultimate Snatched Waist Kit™ ($149.98) includes everything plus extended wear support.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary based on individual use, consistency, and skin type. Most customers report noticing a difference in the appearance of their skin within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use. Consistency is the most important factor the women who see the most visible results are the ones who use their products every day without skipping.

Can I use the Thermo Slim Gel™ and Lipo Sculpt Oil™ without a wrap?

Yes. Both products work on their own as part of a daily massage routine. However, adding compression (the Adjustable Wrap™ or a waist trainer) after application helps lock in heat and extend the sculpting effect for hours.

What is the Adjustable Wrap™?

The Adjustable Wrap™ is a single use compression wrap that comes in a continuous roll (9 1/2 inches wide, 200 feet per roll). You unroll, wrap around your midsection, and tear to your desired length. One roll provides multiple wrapping sessions. Available in Rose Pink, Metallic Pink, Metallic Purple, and Metallic Black.

Is the Adjustable Wrap™ reusable?

No. The Adjustable Wrap™ is designed for single use. After your 30 to 90 minute wear time, simply tear off and dispose. One roll provides multiple wrapping sessions so you can maintain your daily routine without interruption.

What is the difference between the Adjustable Wrap™ and the Infinity Band™?

The Adjustable Wrap™ is a single use disposable wrap you tear off after each session. The Infinity Band™ is a reusable 13-foot continuous wrap compression band made with latex and polyester that you wrap around your midsection multiple times and secure with velcro. The wrap is ideal for pairing with gel and oil routines. The band is ideal for reusable daily compression.

Is the Booty + Hip Plumping Lotion™ the same product in all the bundles?

Yes. The Booty + Hip Plumping Lotion™ is the same formula across all individual and bundle listings. The only difference is quantity (1, 2, or 3 bottles depending on the bundle).

What is the Glow & Lift Breast Sculpt Cream™?

The Glow & Lift Breast Sculpt Cream™ is our targeted bust care product designed to support firmer, lifted, and more radiant-looking décolletage. It pairs beautifully with our other sculpting products as part of a complete body care routine.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

We recommend consulting your physician before using any Waist Magnet® product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, recovering from surgery, taking medication, or have any medical condition. This applies to all skincare products, compression garments, and the Detox Slim Tea™.

Are your products FDA-approved?

Our cosmetic products (lotions, gels, oils, creams) are not FDA-approved, as cosmetics in the United States do not require FDA pre-approval. However, all of our products are formulated and manufactured in compliance with FDA cosmetic regulations and good manufacturing practices. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Waist Magnet® is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals.

Do your products contain any allergens?

All ingredients are listed on each product page. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We also recommend performing a small patch test before applying any topical product to a larger area of skin. What is the shelf life of your skincare products?

Our skincare products have a shelf life of approximately 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always check the product for any changes in color, texture, or scent before use.

Is the Detox Slim Tea™ caffeine-free?

Yes. The Detox Slim Tea™ is made with 100% natural herbs and is completely caffeine-free. It is designed for both men and women.

Can I use multiple products at the same time?

Yes. Our products are designed to layer and work together. For example, apply Thermo Slim Gel™ first, layer Lipo Sculpt Oil™ on top, then add compression. For curves, apply Booty + Hip Plumping Lotion™ to hips and thighs, then Glow & Lift Breast Sculpt Cream™ to the bust area.

Compression Garments & Trainers

How do I find my size?

Every compression product includes a detailed size chart on its product page with a step-by-step measuring guide. In general, measure your waist at the narrowest point (usually just above your belly button) and your hips at the widest point. Match both measurements to the size chart. If you fall between two sizes, we always recommend sizing up for all day comfort.

What is the difference between the Sculpt Cuff™ and the Sculpt Shaper™?

The Sculpt Cuff™ has an open-bottom design with adjustable straps that frames and lifts the booty with maximum definition. Best for jeans, pants, and outfits where you want maximum booty pop. The Sculpt Shaper™ has fuller coverage with extended thigh smoothing and lace trim. Best for dresses, skirts, and outfits where you want a seamless silhouette from every angle.

What is the difference between the Snatch Belt™ and the Snatch Belt™ Leopard?

Both are the same 3-piece adjustable belt system with velcro closure. The Snatch Belt™ comes in solid colors (Black and Rose Pink). The Snatch Belt™ Leopard comes in bold leopard prints (Classic Leopard and Pink Leopard). Same compression, same sizing, different style.

Can I work out in my waist trainer?

Yes. All Waist Magnet® trainers and belts are designed for use during workouts, walking, cardio, and daily activity. Start with shorter wear sessions and gradually increase as your body adjusts.

How long should I wear my waist trainer each day?

We recommend starting with 2 to 4 hours daily and gradually increasing to 6 to 8 hours as your body adjusts. Remove immediately if you experience any discomfort, difficulty breathing, or dizziness. Trainers are not recommended for sleeping.

Can I wear a trainer over my sculpting products?

Yes. For maximum results, apply Thermo Slim Gel™ and Lipo Sculpt Oil™ to your midsection, allow 2 to 3 minutes for absorption, then put on your trainer. The compression locks in heat from your topicals and extends the sculpting effect for hours.

Does the Hourglass Trainer™ contain latex?

Yes. The Hourglass Trainer™ is made with 100% natural latex rubber (exterior and interior) with a cotton/spandex lining. Individuals with latex allergies should not use this product.

Is the Booty Lift Panty™ padded?

No. The Booty Lift Panty™ uses structural design to lift and round your natural shape. No padding, no bulk just a seamless, natural look under clothing.

Does the Sculpt Bodysuit™ have restroom access?

Yes. The Sculpt Bodysuit™ features an open-crotch design so you never have to remove the entire bodysuit to use the restroom.

How do I care for my compression garments?

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash, machine dry, iron, or bleach. For latex products (Hourglass Trainer™, Sculpt Vest™), wipe clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Store flat or hanging in a cool, dry place.

What if my trainer doesn't fit?

If your trainer doesn't fit, you may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details. To avoid sizing issues, always refer to the size chart on the product page and measure before ordering.

Shipping & Orders

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $5.99 per order. Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $75 or more.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. After shipment, standard U.S. delivery takes approximately 4 to 7 business days. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico take approximately 12 to 15 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link in the email.

Will my order ship in multiple packages?

In some cases, items from a single order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Please contact us at support@waistmagnet.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Waist Magnet® is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist where we can.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us at support@waistmagnet.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request" as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Can I return opened skincare products?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products (lotions, gels, oils, creams, and teas) are final sale once opened or if the seal is broken. Unopened, sealed skincare products may be returned within 30 days.

Can I return or exchange a compression garment or trainer?

Yes, if the item is unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and shows no signs of wear, stretching, stains, or damage. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

No. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@waistmagnet.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason. Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For exchanges, a flat reshipping fee of $12.99 applies to cover the cost of sending your replacement item.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@waistmagnet.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Do you offer subscriptions?

We are launching subscription options for select skincare products soon. Subscribe to our email list and follow us on social media to be the first to know when subscriptions go live.

Will I get a discount for subscribing?

Yes when our subscription program launches, subscribers will receive an exclusive discount on every recurring delivery, plus the convenience of automatic shipments.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscription through your account dashboard, clicking the cancellation link in your order confirmation email, or contacting us at support@waistmagnet.com. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. At checkout, you can choose to pay with Shop Pay Installments or other available payment plan options to split your purchase into smaller payments. Available options will be displayed at checkout.
