At Waist Magnet®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return or Exchange

Compression garments, body shapers, waist trainers, and belts may be returned or exchanged if they meet all of the following conditions:

✓ Item is within 30 days of delivery
✓ Item is unworn and in original, unused condition
✓ Original packaging is intact
✓ All tags are attached
✓ No signs of wear, stretching, stains, odor, or damage

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

✓ Skincare products, lotions, gels, oils, creams, and teas (for hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare and ingestible products are final sale once opened or if the seal is broken)
✓ Unopened skincare products with a broken or missing seal
✓ Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price
✓ Items showing any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration
✓ Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@waistmagnet.com with the following information:

✓ Your order number
✓ The item(s) you would like to return
✓ Reason for return
✓ Photos of the item(s) in their current condition

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email support@waistmagnet.com with the following information:

✓ Your order number
✓ Reason for exchange
✓ The new size or item you need

Exchange Requirements

✓ Item must be in original packaging
✓ All tags must be intact
✓ No signs of wear, stretching, stains, or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Waist Magnet® is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

For exchanges, a flat reshipping fee of $12.99 applies to cover the cost of sending your replacement item. An invoice for the reshipping fee will be emailed to you once your replacement is ready to ship.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@waistmagnet.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Address

Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. The return address will be provided in your return authorization email.
