Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. We are committed to making cancellation simple, transparent, and customer friendly.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto renew at the end of their term.
How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and may be completed in any of the following ways:
✓ Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any of your order confirmation emails
✓ Log in to your Waist Magnet® account and manage your subscription from your account dashboard
✓ Email us at support@waistmagnet.com with your order number and a request to cancel
Cancellations made before your next billing date will prevent the next scheduled charge and shipment. Cancellations made after your next billing cycle has already processed will take effect on the following billing cycle. Any orders already processed or shipped prior to your cancellation will not be affected.
No cancellation fees apply. We will never charge you to cancel a subscription.
Subscription Pause Option
If you would like to pause your subscription instead of cancelling, you may request a pause by emailing support@waistmagnet.com or by managing your subscription through your account dashboard.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
For information on returns and refunds for items received through a subscription, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products and ingestible products are final sale and not eligible for return, even when received as part of a subscription.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Depending on the pre-order, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout, with the full or remaining payment charged at a future date when the order is fulfilled.
How to Cancel a Pre-Order
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped. To cancel a pre-order, please email support@waistmagnet.com with your order number and the subject line "Pre-Order Cancellation Request."
If a pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, the cancellation cannot be processed. Instead, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Pre-Order Refunds
If you cancel a pre-order before fulfillment, any deposit or payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before you buy item, we will authorize your payment method without immediately charging it, and we will fulfill the order so you can experience the product. You will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep or return the item.
If You Decide to Keep the Item
If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full amount automatically.
If You Decide to Return the Item
If you decide not to keep the item, you must return it within the trial period in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the payment authorization will be released and you will not be charged.

Confirmation of Cancellation
Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your account or order. We aim to process all cancellation requests within 2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team to ensure your request was received.
