Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Waist Magnet®. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping information below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During promotional periods, product launches, and major holidays (including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December holidays), processing times may be extended. We will communicate any expected delays via email or on our website.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order
Free Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders of $99 or more

Delivery Estimates

Standard U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery within 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Estimated delivery within 12 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to carrier delays, weather, or other conditions beyond our control. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped from Ewing, New Jersey, primarily via the United States Postal Service (USPS). In some cases, we may use alternative carriers such as UPS or FedEx based on package size, destination, or service availability.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order or becomes back-ordered after purchase, the estimated ship date will be communicated via email. Pre-order and back order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. If you have ordered both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. To request a cancellation, please email support@waistmagnet.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Waist Magnet® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships by contacting support@waistmagnet.com.

Customers are responsible for any reshipment fees associated with packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@waistmagnet.com with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package.

Waist Magnet® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim. We are happy to assist where we can.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@waistmagnet.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and contents. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
